This event takes place on the occasion of the celebrations for the 600th anniversary of the birth of Federico da Montefeltro, and is part of the events of the Italian National Committee for Celebrations, chaired by Prof. Franco Cardini and which includes the Republic of San Marino as an official partner of the promoted initiatives.
This exhibition includes the display of 25 of the 222 letters kept in the San Marino State Archives, within a section called the Fondo Lettere alla Repubblica (Archive of Letters to the Republic), since it collects the correspondence between the Prince of Urbino and the Republic of San Marino, in the years between 1441 and 1482, the year of his death.
